On September 25, the 22nd Honor Flight originating from Waterloo, Iowa transported more than 90 area veterans to Washington, D.C. for a tour of several national war memorials, the Lincoln Memorial and Arlington National Cemetery.
Upon arrival, each Honor Flight is welcomed with a ceremonial water canon salute. While at Arlington National Cemetery, veterans got to view the National Armored Forces Monument.
