In the 1960’s a wonderful thing was “invented”…leisure time. Applying all the science and technology developed to support the war effort for domestic uses gave us microwaves, vacuum cleaners, and a host of other electric appliances to lighten the burden of the housewife. Suddenly the overburdened mom had some free time. This resulted in a host of clubs and groups springing up.
If YOU have free time and are looking for some interesting things to do, the Museum has a number of upcoming events to offer. Mark your calendars for these don’t miss activities!
