The ASPIRE Therapeutic Riding Program is a nonprofit organization whose mission is to provide benefits to individuals with physical, cognitive, and emotional disabilities through animal-assisted activities and outreach programs. ASPIRE is preparing to host their 16th annual spring fundraising event, “Trotting Toward the Future,” formerly known as “Let’s Dance so They can Ride,” on Saturday, May 2, 2015. The event will be held at the NewAldaya Lifescapes in Cedar Falls.

Doors open at 6:30 PM, beginning with a hors d’oeuvres buffet and cash bar from 7 – 9 PM. A silent auction will be held from 7 – 8:30, followed by a live auction at 8:30. Music will be provided by Milk and Honey, sponsored by VGM & Associates.

Tickets for the event are $20 in advance or $25 at the door and will include one complementary drink ticket for the night. All proceeds raised from the night will be put towards providing riding scholarships to individuals in need of financial assistance.
