A tisket, a tasket, come create a May Day basket from Wednesday, April 26 through Monday, May 1, and be prepared to share a happy May Day.
At Preschool Story Time all tall and small children will read about sizes on Thursday, April 27, at 10:30 AM.
Skip in for creative work time at Hawkins Handcrafters from 1-3 PM on Thursday, April 27. Bring whatever handwork you enjoy.
May is Get Caught Reading Month and the library loves readers. So… if you get caught reading at the library in May we’ll have a reward for you!
Kids create with bins of fun and exciting LEGO pieces at LEGORAMA on Tuesday, May 2. Drop in for this fun hands-on building program held from 4-5:30 PM.
Bounce in for basketball fun at 10:30 AM on Thursday, May 4, when the Cedar Valley Court Kings will be guest readers and lead activities at Preschool Story Time.
There will be decorations, stamps, and embellishments to choose to use when you design a special Mother’s Day card for your adored parent from Wednesday-Saturday, May 10-13. Remember grandmothers too!
A Dog’s Purpose is the movie at 1:15 PM on Wednesday, May 10. A dog looks to discover his purpose in life over the course of several lifetimes and owners. Rated PG, adventure/comedy/drama, plays 1 hr. and 40 min.
Please give us your old buttons, lids, trinkets, craft sticks, items from nature, and craft odds and ends that can be recycled, repurposed, and reused for creating all kinds of small houses. Your donations will be used in one of our July summer reading programs.
