Thursday, August 8, at 1:15 PM, Tangled is showing at the library. In this movie the magically longhaired Rapunzel has spent her entire life in a tower, but now that a runaway thief has stumbled upon her, she is about to discover the world for the first time, and who she really is. Enjoy the move, popcorn, and games with your friends.

Remember to turn in your Summer Reading time logs to the library by Friday, August 9.  The top summer readers with the most minutes and who regularly attended our great library programs will receive special prizes for their participation.

Teen Beach Movie, showing on Thursday, August 15, introduces confident surfer McKenzie and her carefree boyfriend Brady, a fan of the retro surf musical movie, “Wet Side Story.” On the morning of McKenzie’s scheduled departure for boarding school, she and Brady catch one last epic wave, which mysteriously carries them right into “Wet Side Story.” The movie will start at 1:15 PM, with popcorn and games.

A class for Nook e-readers will be held on Monday, August 19, at 6 PM. Learn how to use the NEIBORS program to borrow free eBooks or audio books from the library on your Nook in this one-hour class.  Please sign up at the library if you are interested.  Class size is limited.
