On Thursday, December 18, 10:30 AM, Santa is the topic for Preschool Story Time. The Jolly Old Elf will be in for a visit and story.
Fortune Hunter, by Daisy Goodwin, is the December 22, 1 PM book club discussion selection. Hurry and get a copy of this book and join the group.
The library will be closed for the Christmas holiday on Wednesday and Thursday, December 24 and 25.
Story Time will not be held on Thursday, December 25, or Thursday, January 1, due to Christmas break. Preschoolers can join us again on January 8.
Mickey’s Once Upon A Christmas is the 1:15 PM family movie on Monday, December 29. This Christmas themed, three-part video, includes “Donald Duck: Stuck on Christmas”, “A Very Goofy Christmas”, and “Mickey & Minnie’s Gift Of The Magi”.
Fun and Fancy Free is showing on Tuesday, December 30, at 1:15 PM. Jiminy Cricket hosts two Disney animated shorts: “Bongo,” about a circus bear escaping to the wild, and “Mickey and the Beanstalk,” a take on the famous fairy tale.
At 1:15 PM on Wednesday, December 31, Mickey’s Twice Upon A Christmas is the family movie playing. This is a charming sequel to Mickey’s Once Upon a Christmas.
The library will close at 5 PM on Wednesday, December 31, for New Year’s Eve, and remain closed on Thursday, January 1, for New Year’s Day.
The Disney version of Tarzan is the 1:15 PM family movie on Friday, January 2. A man raised by gorillas must decide where he really belongs when he discovers he is a human.
