At 1:15 PM on Wednesday, December 30, come watch the Disney classic Aladdin. When a street urchin vies for the love of a beautiful princess, he uses a genie’s magic power to make himself off as a prince in order to marry her.
View Monkey Kingdom at 1:15 PM on Thursday, December 31. This is a nature documentary that follows a newborn monkey and its mother as they struggle to survive.
The library will close at 5 PM on Thursday, December 31, for New Year’s Eve, and remain closed on Friday, January 1, for New Year’s Day.
LEGORAMA, our LEGO building program, begins at 4 PM on Tuesday, January 5. All ages can snap structures using a winter theme.
Story Time resumes on Thursday, January 7. Tales about the New Year start at 10:30 AM for preschoolers. If there is a school late start, or cancellation, Story Time will not be held.

Grab a copy of this book from the library and join the discussion.
Do you have Christmas decorations or a tree that you are no longer using? The library would be thrilled to receive new or used holiday decorations, LEGO and DUPLO blocks, jigsaw puzzles, baskets, craft supplies, DVDs and books that are still in good condition. Please think of us when you are cleaning and sorting – especially Christmas items.

This database provides nearly 1,700 periodicals dating as far back as 1975, and EBSCO discovery technologies which includes Kids Search for grades K-8, a Student Research Center for grades 6-12, the Searchasaurus, a Small Business Reference Center, and Explora for primary schools, public Libraries and the Educator’s Edition. This is a great source for extra information and research.
