Pick up Valentine gifts while you grab your books, movies, and magazines. The library has candles, wax melts, magnets, bookmarks, album bowls, books, and hand-stamped cards for purchase. Shop local and support your library.
Try a Blind Date with a Book in February. Check out a wrapped book from our display. You decide if it is a stud or a dud between the covers! Then rate your date: nice, think twice, or no dice, to get your name in our blind date prize drawing.
We have oodles of supplies for you to design a Valentine masterpiece for the holiday at the library’s Valentine Making Party. Create Wednesday, February 10, through Saturday, February 13. All ages are invited to design special cards for those you love.
On Thursday, February 11, 10:30 AM, preschoolers will love making valentines, playing Valentine bingo, and listening to Valentine’s Day tales. Celebrate the day of love in style at Story Time.
Bring a craft you’d love to work on and join us for Hawkins Handcrafters, 1 to 3 PM, Thursday, February 11.
Feeling creative? Need to relax? Drop in for Color and Connect, our adult coloring program, on Tuesday, February 16, from 6 to 8 PM. Warm drinks and coloring supplies are provided.
Grab your preschooler and drive on in to Story Time to hear stories about vehicles on Thursday, February 18, at 10:30 AM.

Driftless, by David Rhodes, is the February Book Club selection. Register at the library, check out a book, finish the book by the meeting date, and join this group on Monday, February 22, at 1 PM for the discussion.
