“Get lucky with a Book” this month at the library. You recommend your favorite reads to other patrons and they share their preferences on our March “Luck of the Irish” display. You may discover a new author or series thanks to the suggestion of a local leprechaun.
Come in for Dr. Seuss reading and fun! Preschoolers will celebrate Dr. Seuss’ birthday with his clever stories at Story Time on Thursday, March 3, 10:30 AM.
The library has coffee for you on Monday mornings at 8 AM.
Ready for a green Story Time on Thursday, March 10, 10:30 AM to celebrate St. Patrick’s Day? Books and activities about leprechauns, shamrocks, and green will entertain preschoolers that morning.
Don’t forget Hawkins’ Handcrafters from 1 to 3 PM on Thursday, March 10.
Color and Connect, a coloring program for adults, is from 6 to 8 PM on Tuesday, March 15. Let your inner artist soar when you choose from many delightful coloring pages and explore gel, metallic, or glitter pens, colored pencils and other markers.
Preschoolers can hop in for stories about bunnies and eggs for Story Time on Thursday, March 17. Celebrate the Easter holiday with these “egg-citing” activities at 10:30 AM. Story Time will not be held on Thursday, March 24, due to no school that day.
Crafts for Easter are in the library from Wednesday through Saturday, March 23 – 26. Make Easter egg magnets, an Easter basket, color pictures, stamp cards, or create your own Easter craft.
