Waterloo Honor Flight

Honor_Flight_logo225Since 2011, Waterloo Honor Flight has sent more than 1,200 veterans from eastern Iowa to Washington D.C for a tour of the World War II, Lincoln, Korean War, Vietnam War and United States Air Force Memorials. While in the nation’s capital, the veterans also visit Arlington National Cemetery to witness the Changing of the Guard Ceremony. All of this is done at no charge to the veteran.

Every dollar donated to Waterloo Honor Flight through The Progress Review by December 31, 2015 will be forwarded to Sullivan-Hartogh-Davis Post 730 in support of future Honor Flights. Upon receipt of your donation, The Progress Review will add a special ornament to the “Share the Season” tree on display at its office bearing your name (or the name of a veteran you specify).  As an extra thank you for donations of $20 or more, The Progress Review will send you a special 2016 Mini Calendar (5 x 7 inches) that features images of the Washington D.C memorials that Waterloo Honor Flight veterans experience on their trip.

To make a donation to Waterloo Honor Flight with a credit card, complete the following form. When you click on the Submit button, you will be directed to a page where you can enter the amount of your donation and submit payment with your credit card.
