Union High School staff and students are very excited about the Chromebook distribution that took place on Monday, September 29.  Following three years of research and investigation, the school board addressed the need for additional computers at the high school by adopting a plan that provides a computer for every student.
The Chromebook was chosen as the device due to its functionality, ease of management, and economical cost.  It has no software, but provides an outlet to the Internet.  Everything the staff and students use the computer for is readily available online.
Several meeting were held to answer questions for parents.  For additional information or questions about the Chromebook distribution,  contact the high school at 342-2697.
