The Junior Achievement (JA) Titan Challenge was held November 12, 2014 and Union High School had five teams of two students representing the school.
The Junior Achievement software simulations allow students in different teams to compete against each other as CEO’s of simulated companies. Players plan and execute each aspect of a fictional company’s strategy which includes price, production, marketing, capital investment, and research and development. An index will rank each company’s performance to determine the best team. Allison McLaren and Kyele Clapp advanced to the semi-final round finishing sixth overall.
